How can a bank charge a fee for something that is pending. Made charges to my account using my Mastercard Logo Debit card over the weekend and had made a deposit on that Saturday. The deposit cleared on Tuesday and all pending tranaction cleared on Tuesday. I was charged overdraft fees on all transactions that were pending from the weekend on Wenesday even though they were POSTED has paid on Tuesday my deposit was cleared on Tuesday. There are charging overdraft fees on money that is clear. Stating that when the charges were made the deposit was not cleared.
