Cannot get a hold of them and keep faxing! No response!

I have taken out a $300.00 loan back in July. I would like to pay it off but they keep taking out fees every two weeks and will not respond to my faxed letters or emails. My account keeps overdrawing and now its due to close!!! Do not deal with these people they are crooks!!!
