Because of the "information sharing" involved in applying for a Pay Day Loan, this bogus company somehow got my information and "registered" me for their bulls* credit card. They took their "fee" out of my account, which ended up overdrafting it. If this happened to you, DON'T immediately call your bank to dispute it. When I called USA Credit, and complained vehemently, they agreed to refund the money to my account, as long as there were no stop-payments or disputes against the initial withdrawal of the 149.95.
Call the direct number to the supervisors line, 800-634-6730. Tell them you want this fraudulent account (and use the word FRAUD) closed immediately and you want your money refunded. They will transfer you to the ACH Refund Department (evidently they have an entire department devoted to this, what does that tell us). They will then call your bank on 3-way and verify that it was paid and there are no disputes against it. They will refund your money within 72 business hours. I have also called the PA BBB and the FTC. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen and these people need to be stopped somehow.
