Took Money & no Services & keeps taking money from My Account

Company took money from my Acct: & never furnished Catalog nor did they give Services.
They keep taking money every month Even though I do put a stop on them they take it out anyway.
I tried to tell them I am Reporting them & they say they will take more money out of my acct.
