Usa Classic Credit Card
Refuses to cancel the card, and won't stop taking money from my checking acct. Ripoff

I have tried to cancel this credit acct., on a number of occasions. Thru the mail, and by phone. I'm told I cannot cancel. Nor can I get them to stop taking money from my checking acct. I'm going to have to close my acct., after having it for more than 23 yrs.in or to keep them from taking my hard earned money. I am retired and on a fixed income.
