Our sweetheart and that I were on the family strategy. Vital Approval may be the payment organization for Riviera Exercise. The program was because of end on November 7. My partner moved to Canada. I called again on Tuesday July 24th and talked to Ben Baker. He read me the records off my consideration but couldn't inform me what they intended. I called again on Wednesday July 25th and talked to Friend in cancellations. She mentioned the info needed to be taken up to corporate headquarters and he or she might go over that evening. Friend guaranteed me-she might contact me afterwards Wed or Thurs day. I offered her my updated telephone number again. No body in the organization named me Wed or Friday. I named someone else in cancellations on Friday and he or she mentioned the records on my consideration were 2 weeks old also it appeared no body had done the consideration in 14 days. Your partner in cancellations guaranteed me that Friend might contact me back. I quit another concept for Friend on Friday July 27th but by September 30th, I'd not obtained any info from Paramount and posted my criticism towards the Better Business Bureau of Utah and customer support at Paramount.
I received a phone from Friend at Paramount lastly and he or she mentioned that I had a need to talk to Jeremiah in the Riviera in Madison, AL and also have him re write my agreement to simply include me. I went towards the Riviera in Madison on July 31st and talked to Jeremiah. He re wrote my agreement and guaranteed me it'd end in the same period as my previous strategy. There's NOTHING about the new intend to show that it had been a 24-month agreement. I named Paramount on Thursday, July 14th to make sure that my automated draft was attached to my new account. Team within the automated draft area mentioned that my new plan was within the pc like a fresh 24-month strategy. I informed her which was not what I registered for. She explained to contact the Riviera in Madison to talk to the Supervisor concerning the strategy. I named the Supervisor, Kristen, and he or she mentioned she couldn't assist me and that I had a need to contact Jeremiah in the Riviera in Athens, AL to fix the error. I named Jeremiah on Tuesday August 14th and requested him to repair the error. He mentioned he'd contact Vital after which contact me back. I named Jeremiah many times. On Wednesday August 15th, Jeremiah mentioned he'd named Vital many times but no body might return his calls. He mentioned he'd completed anything he might do and might request the homeowners, Bonnie and Clay, to contact Vital. On Thursday August 16th, I came across 2 costs from Paramount on my bank statement. I named and talked to Ms. Hill at Paramount. She mentioned my previous family strategy contract hadn't been terminated and he or she might stop it and return my cash for that agreement. Our new agreement doesn't have any info on it over it being to get a 24-month period. I'd like all my agreements with Vital Approval/Riviera Exercise ended and all-automatic draft payments ceased. I've been attempting to use the corporation for over per month and am worse-off than after I began.
