Where to begin... Horrible customer service on the phone, you get juggled around and no one knows what they are doing. We were going to be in a restructuring program to start 9/1/07. We were told of this first week of August. Today I receive a letter dated 8/17 that our restructuring was revoked after reviewing our account and we are now past due since Aug 1. We also had been having weekly deductions so insure prompt payment and didn't know that they were reporting us delinquent the whole time. When we called to ask they said that since we pay weekly it would always look like we are late. Also I have noticed they take a long time to process our check so they can charge us late fees. These guys should be shut down. No integrity whatsoever.
