LITTON LOAN SERVICING, Posting of my payments led to DEFAULT IN MY, CREDIT REPORT, telling me I did not meet their cut off time their time, which one their eastern time or central time Texas

First of all when I have my application with Litton they did not send me Disclosure, truth and lending, good faith even mortgage coupons. I was told about the loan program I wanted and it seems everything was fine. At time of closing the loan program was changed with 3yrs prepayment at higher interest rates. I have no recourse because I dont want to ruin my credit.

I have good credit and no 30 days late. On Nov 30/06 I called their customer service that I want to pay Nov payment through Ivr system. I was told to pay the same day so I will be current and will not report 30days default in my credit report.

I have credit monitoring alerts. And I was in the process of purchasing another home when I have new alerts in my credit report that I have 30 days delinquent for Nov06. My credit score went down from 729 t0 572. I called Litton and ask why. They told me that I missed their cut off time 7:30pm Central time and thats why it got posted Dec 1 reflecting delinquent.

I told them I received confirmation letter from them that they received my payment dated Nov30/06, but according to Litton it got posted next day because of 2hrs difference from CA to TX.

I called customer service again and guess what they said 3 hrs difference. So I asked which one he said I was calling Atlanta so I said I thought your cust. Svc. Is in TX. They told me I made my payment Nov30 time is 7:15pm pacific time, 9:15central, 10:15 Eastern time. I told them in that case if I know its like that delinquent I should have really made it delinquent since I pay for late fees and additional 9.99 for service. No one has ever told me about the hours cut off time difference.

I want to refi to get out of this loan, but now I cant because of this horrible credit score.

I am disputing this now and will see. I have now started researching reports about Litton. Unsatisfactory records w/BBB, 347 complaints in the last 36 months according to BBB. Litton is not a member of BBB. I think I need to consult a lawyer, dispute w/credit bureaus. Dont know yet. Now my whole life is on hold because of this credit score.

Litton Loan I certainly not happy with their service. Hopefully, this resolves and I make sure not to do business with this people. They are very inconsistent making clients very confused of their policy.
