I have had an unbeleivable hard time with this company. 4yrs ago my son went into the hospital. I have state insurance and the dad I am seperated has reg insurance on them. A year after he was hospitalized I got a bill for anestheologist very large so I sent them all insurance information and even called them and applied for charity care to pay this bill but could not because by law my ex's is the primary, so for 3yrs I sent him his insurance co and mine the bill. I also have a court order for any bill not paid by insurance to be covered by my ex.
This company is given the bill and I send everything and also explain my insurnace co is waiting for a denial and will pay this bill. They did not want to hear this and they wanted a single mom struggling gets child support when ever, to come up with 4,000. I did not have it I am medicaid managed.
A couple weeks ago a letter from them attached a court order to come into my home and take every single thing video games, computers furniture Tv computer car savings I have none and that all of this would be auctioned off and what ever was left over I would get. Very scarey. My insurance tried to deal with them only to get the run around and the insurnace person being told she is a
b*h and I am scum for not paying the bill.
My insurance company got no where and out of frustration and fear for me paid the bill but not to them. They then in turned sued me for legal fees which my insurance and an attorney stated I was medicaid managed and they were breaking the law and to cease and drop it and leave me alone.
2weeks later I get letter from them and now they have acquired a credit card I have outstanding for 1,000 and they want it. Their attitude try and hide behind your medicaid now. I am a sinhle mom 2boys I just graduated college looking or a job I support my mom becuae in 1999 she re-mortaged her home to the tune of 120,000, to save my brother to bail him out of jail she felt her social security would not be enough. My brother unfortunately died in 2006 her morgages total 1.200 and gues what her social security is and we got behind the house taxes. We have until Nov 7 to come up with 5,000 or their going to put us in the paper for tax sale.
I do not have the moeny to pay them I if I pay them will become homeless and I have troubling putting food on the table I have many resume outs and as soon as I get a job I will set up a payment plan. They won't hear this they went to court and got a judgement against me and the fact that I am having trouble feeding my family they do not care. I am not going to be home less or hungry and it is just a f&K 1,000 can only imagine what they do for a lot of money owed.
I want to be left alone and I want them to realize I will pay this bill but I can not at this time I will not go hungry I will not be homeless. I had no idea when I rebought things my ex-stole TV, Beds, dressers video games that I would not get support for 2yrs
How do I make them leave me alone and make them back off I willlpays this I also act this payback because my insurance paid the ansetheologist not them any help my family would appreciate
