I received a call on Friday August 23th. telling me that by Monday, August 26th my policy was due. The message clearly stated due, not cancelled.
On July at about the same time I received a similar call in which they noticed me that they required payment. I called back and I was advised that the payment had already been withdrawed from my account. At this point in time I hadn't authorized the company to withdraw funds electronically and they did so.
I think that the company should take the following matter into consideration. I had only received two papers in which you actually noticed me on how to authorize the company to withdraw funds from my account. I have to tell you that I am seriously disappointed with the companies service and that you should reconsider the cancellation of this policy.
My question is very clear, why didn't you take the funds this time? Last time you did so without my authorization.
Improper cancellation is a huge issue. I believe that you should be aware of the fact that I can have an accident during this period and because of your stubborn policies I can suffer enormous damage. I am calling others that have suffered the same treatment from this company to join me in a class action. I know that others have suffered mistreatment from this company as well. I have just read about it in this website.
Therefore I would like to tell you that doing business over the internet is not that safe because of companies that act in bad faith. Also I find your TV ads to be offensive and I hate them. I first got a kick out of them but now I hate them. They are discusting and subliminal.
