I am another sucker who has been ripped off by these thieves... I had first $179 withdrawn from my account then a few days later another $99.
I attempted to put a stop payment on the withdraw before it accured because I was told that it would be done as an over the phone check... It wasn't, it was done as a regular electronic withdraw. I called the company immediately and demanded a cancellation and refund.
I wrote a letter to the corporate office with a copy of my bank statement (I was told that I had to prove the withdraw accurred.) but never received a response. When calling "customer service" I was told that the corporate office DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE #!!! How stupid does that sound. The entire corporate office is phoneless!
The $99 I had refunded through the other company ephones, they gave me no problem and were prompt; however I was told by Premier One that I had to wait 14 days. I called 15 days later and was told that I had to wait another 14 days.
I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was told the same thing. I called day after day sometimes the person answering would say that they were too busy to take my call and to leave my name and # and my call would be returned.
YEAH RIGHT. The last time that happened I refused to hang up after the girl told me there was nothing more she could do I told her I wasn't hanging up, she said fine and set the phone down on her desk and left me sitting there. She eventually hung up on me. The "supervisor" has also hung up on me after telling me that there is nothing more they can do for me. I have contacted the better business bureau to file a complaint. I am not giving up. I want my money back!
