Well lately I've been going through a hard fight with the bank to stop unauthorized charges back on my account. Well I've been mainly doing all this and I went to this particular "Personal Banker" to resolve this issue and ask him some questions. Well since I had unauthorized charges on my account and evertime these charges come up it is a $29.95 fee each time these charges come up. I wanted to ask the banker on his advice on how I can pay my rent due to these nasty charges on my account. The Rent I had to pay this particular month was $400. The banker advised me to write a check and that he will "force it through" and it will not affect my roomate's own personal account.
Well A month later and the check is still an issue as well as the unnauthorized charges. I contacted one of the Branch Managers about this issue he said that he will call my roomate about giving him the $400 back into his account plus fees. Well he contacted him and my roomate said that he will put the "fees" only to his account. My roommate said look what about the $400. And the guy hung up on him. Now I had to contact this Branch Manager, and he told me my roomate hung up on him (That is totally outside of my roomate's character) And he told me that there is nothing he could do. We would have to resolve this on our own. So I began to tell the Branch Manager how this check came about, and he said that he will get in contact with this Banker that orriginally told me this information. So I'm kind of asking for your advise on what I should do in this situation?
