Online bank system set up to confuse and misleed customers ripoff

The online system BB&T uses does not post debits and credits properly. The way the system is set up you can never get an accurate bank balance. They claim they post when a vender sends in their paperwork however The bank I am with now post real time and debits as transactions occur.

Example my balance today is $500.00 I buy product at a grocer (Debit) for $100.00, system shows available balance $500.00. If I purchase another item same day for $500.00 BB&T pays item and charges $70.00 overdraft fee even though my account shows avail $500.00) Several days later they post the debit. The Bank I am now with shoes it as pre-auth $100.00, balance $400.00.

My direct desposit (gov pension) is posted in the afternoon of the 1st and any items that come in prior to posting renders an overdraft. Deposit should be posted midnight not afternoon. This system is set up to confuse and misleed.

I complain and they blame it on the vendors. Dewbits are automatic deductions from account on available funds not when the vendor sends in the bill (these are debits not credit card transactions0 Same system when you go to ATM they deduct days later and show FALSE AVAILABLE BALANCES (EVEN WHEN YOU USE THEIR atm"s
