Took 149.95 out of checking without authorization ripoff

I looked at my account this morning as I do every morning and found out that USA Credit had taken 149.95 out of my account and had no authorization to do so. I have never heard of this company so I called and expected wait time was 12 minutes on the phone. So I looked them up on the internet to see who they were and found this report
