I have only been going right through the vendor challenge procedure with CitiCards. They currently state I've no option because the store's return-receipt for that product reached my house oneday after some Mastercard cutoff time. And so I have dropped the item, but still need to spend the initial cost. I've unearthed that Citicards disputes are subcontracted to Credit Business Conflicts, Inc.in my opinion they're addressing due to their own clerical setbacks, however there does not be seemingly any option beyond them. Catch22 I suppose.
