Took 480.00, grant for 72,000, never got anything Ripoff

Called icservices 2/7/07, sent 464$ 2/8/07, got booklet 3/6/07 and returned. Should have results by 6/14/07. Finally contact ic 7/14/07, said they need itemized business list. Sent list 7/23/07. Never able to contact since. 1-877-684-5155 calls blocked 8/2/07.
