About 2 days ago I received a postcard from Mr. Len McDade at Primerica Financial Services / 3805 Crestwood Parkway, Suite 110 / Duluth, GA 30096.
The text of the postcard is as follows:
I am a manager with Primericqa Financial Services. I have reviewed your resume and have some questions I would like to address with you. However, because you are currently on the "Do Not Call List" we have been unable to contact you.
If you are interested in discussing the possibilities that may exist with our company, please give me a call.

I found this situation to be quite strange. True, I am currently looking for employment and have posted my resume on several websites. Along with my resume is my contact information which includes phone numbers. Why should the "Do Not Call List" have any impact.By posting my resume and my contact information I am thereby providing prospective employers the explicit permission to contact me by phone or e-mail.
From my perspective the only reason the Do Not Call List comes into play is for marketing.
While I have had no further contact with Mr. McDade (he has not returned my phone calls) I do not believe his contact to be a legitimate
