B.O.S.S. First request was beginning of this year to requiest money from a claimed unpaid bill by VoiceNetUSA, assumingly a predecessor of Mapnad Viatel. After requesting an itemized list of services for the claimed amount I only receive an old VoiceNetUSA which I have already paid and which I proved to BOSS that I have it paid. Nevertheless, BOSS contines to request money without providing such an itemized list (I contined to request such an intemized list). Some of BOSS "FINAL ATTEMP TO SETTLE ACCOUNT" (more than one in an very advertizing style of "50% off" or "p off") I received rather recently.
