Took money out of bank account with out autherization Thieves Vally Village

What has happened is i was trying to get a payday loan and was refused the next thing i know is that i check my banking statements and there was money taken out of it so my husband and i have been to our bank and changed accounts and now we need help getting our money back i want to sue whom ever is doing this please help use thank you
