Took my money. Dont wanna give me a any info

I bought a prepaid master card from right aid try to activate they said they cant unless i pay over draft fees i never new about. Last time i had a card was a year ago they had plenty of time to tell me about this they never did so i went to get a card to pay my bills. I think its wrong they should notify us when we owe.
