Ripoff this company sent me a letter stating that my wife owes a phone bill from 14 years ago that she never had

This company sent my wife and i a bill saying that we owe $ 305.92 for a phone bill we never had. I also want to add that the phone bill is 14 years old and after looking this company up on the rip off report website i see im not the only one this has happened to.
