Ripoff consumer fraud

I was contacted by this company soliciting me to apply for credit with them.

They stated to me that 199 dollars would be debited from my account.

I agreed at first, but after giving it more thought i called back to cancel.

I spoke with someone, but was cut off in the process of completing the cancellation.

The representative then left me a message on my home phone to call back with more information...

I called several times only to reach a busy line over an over again...

Next thing you know...

My account was debited and then i was charged nsf fees...

I still have not been able to reach them at these numbers
please help!
