This is a letter we received from WACHOVIA after somebody fraudulently used my husbands credit card on GOOGLE JR.com.
We have completed our review of the transaction (s) in question and found that WACHOVIA never received notification from you that you wished to rescind the authorization that was given to the person who conducted them. Since no notification rescinding your authority was received the transaction (s) in question are considered authorized by you under law and Wachovia is not liable for them. A situation like this constitutes a civil matter between you and the authorized user, and should be handled as such. This is so not funny and clearly a case of brain fog by WACHOVIA, does their letter even make sense? If I knew who did it, I would go after them and not have bothered WACHOVIA until it was over with. I think, that I should report them to the BBB.
