I have read plenty of reports on this site complaining about united cash and I am recently going through the same thing.
When the loan was first taken out wtih this company I did not even go to this website. You know how you check your emails and you have all types emails about payday
loans I just so happened to click on one.
Well when i did I put my info. As directed and then a screen popped up saying I've been approved. It still didnot have the actual name of the company. It had some other name that wasn't even united cash.
When I accepted the loan that was then when
the name of the company and appeared on the loan document. It was for $300. The fee was suppose to be $90. Making the loan $390 to pay back. Well when it was time to pay it back a month ago and I first had to
go through a frickin maze to even find the company on the internet. Then to find out they don't have a phone number on their website. I had to email them
"on their website" to tell them I wanted the loan to be paid in full.
They did not respond to the email even though it was approximately 9am in the morning they emailed me back the next day because i also requested that someone please email me with a phone number where I could speak with someone.
They then told me it 2 days before and it was too late. It needed to be 3 days and if it that was the case it was actually 3 days the day before when i emailed them.
I have been to my bank and stopped payment they still paid this company I would rather pay these people by sending them a money order so they would leave my checkings alone. I have already stopped my direct
deposit. My bank told me they can just put a filter on the account and block their activity let's just see if it work.
I guarantee you though I am not going to let them have me paying back $600 or $700 or even more than
that for a measely $300. My bank told me that the filter should work and suggested that I did not close the account and start all over. But if it doesn't work that is indeed what I will do.
These people whoever they are should not even be able to give money to anyone. It is absolutey the most
decieving loan company ever if they don't even have a number where they can be reached.
