On June 20th of 2007 at around 12:30pm, i went to my bank to make a transaction I was told that my account has been frozen due to debt by a company representing AT&T wireless. A phone number were provided to me by a chase bank representative. The company name is Palisadess collection representing by the law firm of Pressler@ pressler. I spoke to a customer representative by the of Telvis at the pressler law firm, he advised me that the only way that i can released that hold on my account is by paying the debt is by agreeing to pay. I've explained to Mr. Telvis that i never had a contract with AT&T nor leave at the address he provided, he told me that was my business i have to pay it and fight it later, Mr. Telvis further advised if I refused to pay the debt there will be additional fees by having the Marshalls remove the funds. Mr. Telvis would not provided any information about Palisades Collection please help.
