I was in a forbearance agreement with AMC Mortgage and had issues with them reporting 30-60-90 even 120 days late when I was paying as agreed on time each month.
You can dispute this with the credit bureau's to correct this to state paying as agreed. You will need to furnish the credit bureau with a copy of the signed forbearance and a pay history provided by AMC.
When I contacted the credit bureau's stating AMC was reporting incorrectly the credit bureau's contact AMC and came back to inform me that AMC was accurate.
That is when I furnished the credit bureau with the documentation and they corrected the way AMC had been reporting to reflect paying as agreed and removing 30-60-90 and 120 days late.

It takes work on our end but the light is at the end of the tunnel.
