Homecomings financial has misled my husband and me into thinking that our mortgage was salvagable. After months of being slowplayed by this shady company, they have finally given us a repayment plan two days before our house is to go up on a silent auction.
The repayment plan that we received in writing was very different from what we were told via our numerous telephone conversations.
Hopefully my husband and myself can become part of the class action law suit that is being initiated out of ny. I want to make sure that no other family ever has to go through the nightmare of uncertainty and heartache that we have endured. The end result unfortunately for us seems to be that we will be losing our home on june 1 when the house goes up for auction.
