Ripping off money said i was approved for a loan for 5000 dollars

I was contacted by foret hill lending services his name was bradly watson stating that i was approved for a loan of 5000 dollars but i had to pay 900 dollars to secure the loan and they stated that the fastest way to get your money was by sending a money gram to alberta, oakbrook canada to a woman named margret trullinger and i have not recived a thing in return from them. The name on the fax that was sent mark j. Bernard.
