Bait And Switch they guaranteed a 7% rate on a personal loan and at signing changed it to 27%

Citifinancial is a classic example of a bait and switch company. They approved my loan and guaranteed a rate and changed it at signing.
I took my paperwork and walked out. Shame on Norma.
