GE Capital Cons Card co outlandish ripoff late fees fraudulent

This company charges me late fees every month even when I send my bill certified receipt mail and I have proof they received my payment timely. I will mail out all of my bills on the same day and this company will cash my check anywhere from 10 to 21 days after all my other checks that were mailed the same day have cleared. Their customer service representative are rude, uneducated, and not professional at all. They tell me my bill is expected to be there before the due date and not on the due date, like that is actually legal.
