WITH FALSE PROMISES NO 8.9%, NO credit card, just - 200.00 from our account Theives WE need to STOP Them ripoff

Ameritrust promised a credit card with 8.9%.
They removed two hundred dollars from our account with the promise of this credit card.
We have yet to recieve this card or recieve notification from them as to our status.
There is no number to contact them and we have tried the internet at their web site to contact them and still have'nt recieve any word from them.
Anyone that has any information as to a pending lawsuit against Ameritrust financial please contact us.
