I have an account with continental Finance company, because of there fee's it put me over the limit, and the charged me a 30.00 dollar
over limit fee, and 2 days latter I'm gettinghang up call from them, because my caller ID is showing there number.
I call the customer service number, and asked them to stop calling my number and hanging up on me. There response was there is nothing they can do about it, and it was their outedmated service making the calls.
I feel its unfair that because it was there fee's that put me over, that I'm being penelized and enduring there hang up calls. There customer service is really poor, When I mentchen the problem they didn't want to help me out, its like they didn't care.
