False infomation on credit report

I had wanted to buy a 3rd car. When i got remarried we were going to try to have a baby, my husband already has a son and to ride in a pick-up truck is a little hard to do. If we do have a baby there is no way that we could all go anywhere with out taking both trucks.
Anyway this was back in 2005 when we run a credit report to get a loan for $5,000 for a used car. There was nothing on my credit report but my husband had a hospital bill which was paid before the test could be run. We called the collections and they said that it was paid, and they do not know how they got his sons infomation. So far nothing on my credit report in 2005.
2 days ago we wanted to get a loan for a 3rd car or an out building. Our credit report came back and on mine capital one said that in general sessions court they had judgement against me (5-13-03). This was paid to a collections agency in feb. Of 2003. So they are tring to get paid twice.
My husbands credit report came back with not only one but two hospital bills. One was the $110 which was paid at the hospital and and one from this year. The only problem is that he is on my insurance and we have co-pays. So we have no idea what is going on and to contact a person for a form to constest the charges on the credit report you get a automated system and nothing applys to what you need.
I spoke with general sessions court and they don't know what is going on that i would have to contact capital one but i do not have a number since my accout was closed when it was paid off. I no longer recieve anything from them.
I then spoke with capital one and my name or social security number they do not show. Well you will have to call nco agency. I call them and they told me that it would have to be with this lawyers office. So he told me what the number was.
I called the lawyers office and the woman said we don't do things like this we are not a collections office. I told her that capital one etc. Refured me to them. So what to do now?
No one has me listed a owing anything and it is in general sessions and on my credit report.
What to do now since i constest it and it still remains.
