Today's Escapes
This company is a bogus!

Location of this company per bill is CT but was told is in Texas. Billed for 4 months for product I didn't even know I had. Never received an email about it. Was told was sent to e-mail but wasn't. Basically I gave $120 for nothing. Never got a gift card for $25 like the customer services person told me I was to receive. What started it all was a web site that was to give you a free computer for buying or trying products. This was a 7 day trial I believe and I was to cancel. Again I never got any information about the purchase, no membership # or membership card, but the money was coming out of my credit account. Only resolution I got was a one time refund. I decided to try the today's escapes since I was given a one time charge of $19.95 in hopes of recouping some of my other lost money. I talked to another supervisor today and she said the "buck stops with her". I can't get any more help or any other refunds. I feel basically ripped off. I tried to e-mail them today to get my membership # for the new membership from Today's Escapes and the e-mails won't go through to them on my end. This is a warning to people don't go into those offers for computers they are bogus. I signed up for stuff I didn't even use and got charged, these people put the responsibility on me totally and take no responsibility for not giving me any information on what I signed up for in the first place. Also they won't give a refund for the months I didn't use it. Bottom line is stay away from those bogus advertising places you won't ever get your gift card or computer. This isn't the first time I was ripped off. And there is no one to complain to about this. I could only get so far to get the computer then the page wouldn't let me go any further, it started rejecting my credit card information. It did this after I ordered cook book clubs (which I got information on), magazines (which I received) and this passport of fun and today's escapes (which I received nothing). Beware of those offers for expensive purses and computers and cameras etc. They are bogus. I'd like to know how many people actually get the free stuff. I know I didn't get anything except bills.
