I have an electronic signature debit to my banking from this company for a Visa Sterling which I did not approve. When I attempted to contact them I was left on hold for 15 minutes and unceremoniously disconnected. I have attempted several times to get to the bottom of this matter and have contacted my bank to pursue a fraudulent check claim. To date, I have received nothing in the postal or e-mail explaining what this Visa Sterling is and I do not want their services.
