Wells Fargo Auto Finance is threatening repossession for payments they claim are past due. All because of their addition of a forced placed insurance policy even after several attempts to resolve the matter via fax showing proof through Insurance Declaration and insurance agent's telephone calls to them.
I've asked before and do so again, "Class Action Lawsuit" anyone?
I know there are countless others dealing with the same sort of problem (s) and this company ought to be held accountable and liable for the bad credit they report, over charges in late fees and reposseesion cost and the anxiety they create, etc.
Someone please respond. This company needs to be taught a lesson about ruining people's lives.
