Abanco (liars) set me up for credit card terminal. That included personal check acceptance (free) and Visa & M.C. Signed on. Got "agreement" faxed to me. Couldn't really read the writing. Signed it and faxed it back. Didn't realixe it wasn't from Abanco. Set up machine and did a personal check. Everything OK. Tried a $3200 check and it was declined - 'too large'. Found out later I had a $3000 limit. Still OK.
Several days later, looked at online statement and had $59.00 withdrawl electronically. It was Global e Telecom. They sucked out their percentage even though they declined transaction. Crooks. Then I got Abanco's statement, -$35. Then I got Global's -$35 too! (check acceptance was supposed to be free) Then I stopped all payments on anything from Abanco, Global, or LFG (Northern). The lease payment was rejected.
The following day, LFG came back with a second, different vendor number and got their withdralw. The bank mgr. Had never seen this type of thing. She said the only reason a business would have several vendor numbers is if they were underhanded. Ther ARE!
They call me several times a day. They don't talk; they hang up. They mail me threats, two at a time. I have at least 40 'letters' from them. When they do talk, and I tell the moron that I'm not paying, they just say, "the calls will continue". They SUCK.
Abanco sent me the "terms and conditions" AFTER I was duped into signing the 5 page 'agreement'. All the extra charges were found out afterwards.
Abanco, Global e Telecom, and LFG (Northern Leasing are in cahoots and are crooks. They change names like most of us change underwear. LFG used to be Newcourt Financial CTI and a few others. But you still wind up dealing with the same lowlife scumbags.
