Customer harassment

I'm being continuously bothered with a debt-collection company, People Receivable Management. I actually donot understand where they're situated. The phone number is 678-228-3415. I've attempted to contact them on numerous events to inform them that they're calling the incorrect person. They're rude and disrespectful and hang-up in my own experience. I'm considering getting appropriate motion and have to know if you're able to assist me discover where they're situated.
