Cashcall sent a letter outlining the amount due to payoff the account. I sent the entire amount due along with a copy of the letter. They now deny ever sending a letter to me stating that this amount was due. As luck would have it I cannot find my copy of the letter. At any rate I would have never sent such a large payment unless I was paying off the account. They are now trying to bleed my dry in excess of over $1000.00 and they continue to add interest to this amount daily. This is ROBBERY!
They are rude especially, Reginald Banks. They theaten to garnish my wages daily. They ask personal and demeaning questions in an attempt to embarass me and shame me. However, the shame is on them. I was on disability during this time with little to no income. I also had a death in my immediate family. This meant nothing to them they only wanted their monthly payment. These people are merciless and big bullies with no heart or compassion. People come to them in a time of need and sometimes thinks take an unforeseen turn for the worst but don't count on cash call to work with you because it won't happen.
