Received my account balance update today and was $200.00 in the hole. Ambassador Collection had tried to debit my account for $200.00. Two attempts $100.00 apiece. Alerted the bank but they told me they couldn't do anything until the transactions posted around May 5th. I pay all my bills online. I'm on disability and I'm now glad I don't have direct deposit I would have have bounced drafts all over and would have had no money for food or anything else.
I have no idea how this "company" obtained access to my account other than thru Embrace Visa who obtained the information thru Jefferson Collections. Who gave me the opportunity to clear up a past account with Fingerhut and get a Visa in the process. I've had four surgeries since 2005 and the medical bills have destroyed my credit. I thought this would be a perfect way to clear up some bad debts. I was wrong. I now don't give a crap about my poor credit. I did this with good faith intentions. I'll never do it again.in my research Nationwide Credit came up as being involved with Jefferson Collections.
