A.C.A. Recovery, Inc., 38 E. Ridgewood Ave. #395, Ridgewood, NJ 07450, Norman G. Kalina of counsel, case 688341 in the amount of $454.90, RE Liberty First.

The above made a claim that we "have ignored previous attempts to make restitution for dishonored checks issued to the above reference client."

We have never had any business with Liberty First.
Nor, have we ever received any "previous attempts" from A.C.A.

We believe this is a scam and do not intend to respond to A.C.A.
