My husband's friend makes a cash deposit from jersey and when we call the bank and look on internet the money was there but we make a debit transaction and they charge us $35.00

My husband's friend makes a cash deposit from jersey and when we call the bank and look on internet the money was there but when we make a debit transaction the day after we have a $35.00 charge because they claim that we don't have any balance and because the deposit money wasn't there, we have proof that the money was there, we have the receipts and also on internet shows the deposit, the balance that day and the $35.00 charge when we have available balance. I want my money back!
