I got lured in too. Please, what do I legally have to pay to these predators. Ripoff

I also applied for the credit card. If the FDA has their logo along with Visa, they should know about this fraudulant company.

Can someone with knowledge of the laws in South Dakota please let me know what I HAVE to pay? I called the day I got the card, cut in half and sent it with a copy of the contract with cancel written in big black letters. When I talked to Joe Wallers, he was talking faster than anyone I have ever heard. Throwing in things like, its a good deal, didnt you read the contract, this is going to be really bad for your credit, if it was me I sure wouldnt do it.

This is the kind of company that takes advantage of people. It should be called what it is. A scam! Also, if they act like they dont receive the money in time what is the best way to send the payment and have it be logged?
What a mess!
