Ripoff offered to take payments to own a computer without instrest fee i completed my payments in december and still have no computer they took a total of 1,5500

I was charged 1, for a new dell computer and was finished paying for it in december. I have still not recieved my computer and they dont not answer there calls or e-mails. I spent 1,550 dollars and no computer. I plan on filing a law suit because this is grand theft.
