To anyone who may have a dispute on a charge with Cross Country Bank. Remember to fill out a dispute form and send it to them right away. And wait for them to call you to collect money. This is a violation of your billing rights and you can sue them for up to $1000 plus some. I guarantee you they will harass you every day for money even if it is in dispute.
