I have read most of the complaints in regards to Cross Country Bank. Unlike the many companies that have fallen prey to the greed of money. Everything will come out regarding the processing charges that this company seems to incur for "everything" that they "assist" their customers with. There is a class action suit that is headed to court regarding their processes and charges. If you really want to do something about it. Contact their Customer Service Department. Excuse me they may charge you $5.00 for the call!? Or you could do a search on the web regarding the class action suit. You do have rights, and you can do something about the treatment and or harassment you feel is irrelevant to your cause. Be consistent, and persistent! Change will come! Speak your voice, Speak your mind!
