This is a F.Y. I update regarding this company.
We caught the Debit on our account immediatly. Contacted the company the next A.M. Six (6) phone calls later they made us PROMISE that we would not make a police report nor would we cancel the transaction with our bank which at this point would be a Stop Payment. We bank with Bank of America and they actually were not helpful.
This company puts you in a catch twenty-two position. If you stop thier payment they will not release your credit. If you contact them directly regarding this matter your bank will not help you.
After a hour long conversation with 3 people at this company they finally issued a cancellation number to us but we have not yet gotten our money back.
If this happens to you also file with the online better buisness bureau. This usa credit company has over 500 complaints for the same thing. All these people can not be that wrong and for some reason they keep getting away with this. Why???
I sent e-mails everyday to this Usa Credit and the BBB regarding this matter someone has got to get tired and listen. They (USA CREDIT) also claims to be recording your conversation which on behalf would be great because thier employees lied about everything they said so where is the tape lets listen together at your staff telling me to promise I would not make a police report and promise them I would not cancel this transaction at my bank. They even asked for my local bank number and contact person so they could check with my bank that I did not stop thier payment...
These people are good be careful even in seeking your money back good, luck 2 weeks later we still have not gotten our $ back.
