I have been taking phone calls EVERYDAY from CBCS. They want to talk with my son-in-law for a bill he owes or doesn't owe. This is not my business at all.
I am disabled and have trouble even reaching the phone sometimes. I tell them every time they need to call after 5pm when he gets home from work. They told him to return the call but didn't leave a number on one call, Another time he was home ill and they asked to talk with him but in the 30 seconds it took to give him the phone, they had hung up. Once they left a number and he called them back in front of me. They called everyday telling me he didn't call them back.
I got another call today from Mr. Edwards at CBCS. He stated the same as always. I explained one more time that he doesn't get home until 5pm and later some days. Mr. Edwards explained that an automatic dialer dials whenever it wants and they can't control it. I finally had enough and told them they a " Pain in the F& a—". I told him I will be contacting the Attorney General and he said that was fine.
He said he could not change the time of the calls. I explained that they were there until 8pm two nights a week and couldn't someone pick up a phone and call then? No, they can't do that. Mr. Edwards told me he, my son-in-law, called them back (They said he didn't call back) but refused to talk about the matter. NOT MY PROBLEM!
Mr Edwards finally said he would take the number off as they can't reach him during the day. NO S& what have I been telling them for weeks. NOT MY BILL-NOT MY PROBLEM.
I composed a letter to CBCS telling them one more call before and I will take action against them for harrassment.
What has everyone else done with these creeps?
