Collection Agency Ripoff

In November I recieved a letter from the above named agency, stating they were going to investigate my assets.in regard to a bill I owed Alltel.

They pressured me trying to get me to let them do an automatic withdrawl from my bank account, they offered me "deals" to clear the balance. These I refused to do.

The following week they started calling me one or two times a day. It got so bad I wouldn't answer the phone if I didn't recoginize the caller. I made the mistake of answering the phone one Saturday morning, the person on the other end was extrememly rude, hateful and threatening, after 30 minutes of badgering me and arguing with me she hung up on me.

I sent a payment and stated I wanted a receipt for the payment and to see what the remaining balance was. I have yet to hear from them.
