Went to creditreport.com and requested FREE credit report as advertised. The same day they charged us $24.95. When we called them they said they would refund the money and then refused to refund it at a later date. They also signed me up for a credit monitoring service i did not want, and tried to charge me for that also.
When my wife called to cancel the service they refused to cancel it, and said i had to call, i did and was treated extremely rudely by the customer support person. Opened BBB complaint they offered to refund half the money, they obviously know they were ripping me off, but they were advertising a FREE credit report.
They have a terrible rating with the better business bureau, we should have checked them out before working with them. Also, we still have yet to receive our FREE credit report which they charged us 24.95 for.
